- 2009, the company was acquired by one of the students.
- 2010, the company began to develop their potential and successfully tested for three months a bakery product, manufacturing and marketing kurtoscalacs.
- 2011, the company starts two new services: IT service and IT maintenance, software and hardware.
- 2011, the company starts a new service Toor Backup, it is a incremental and differential backup method.
- 2011, the company launches a service called PMO, this service makes Project Management and Organization of construction sites.
Electrocynic Grup S.R.L.
was founded in the fall of 2006 by two stundents who set out to prove that e-commerce in Romania will work.
